The left photo shows a picnic table with a checkered tablecloth, plates, a cake slice, and tea. The right photo shows a woman sitting by a lake with trees and mountains in the background, having a picnic. In the foreground, there is a white blanket with a wicker picnic basket, a bunch of grapes, and the word 'love' written in pink.

Downsizing

A calm, dignified approach to letting go—without pressure or regret.

Declutter Coaching is a senior-only, luxury decluttering service created for those who value peace over speed. You may recognize me from my organizing work elsewhere—Declutter Coaching is a distinct, senior-only service created for those who want a gentler experience.

Sessions are intentionally slow and gentle, offered in short four-hour blocks to reduce fatigue and overwhelm. This is not fast decluttering. It’s a stress-free, relationship-based process that honors a lifetime of belongings and memories.

Led by a Certified HeartMath® Practitioner, Sleep & Wellness Coach, and Professional Organizer, each session blends thoughtful decision support with optional nervous-system calming—including guided breathing, whole-tone music, and vagus-nerve regulation using the Sensate® device.

This service is ideal for discerning clients who want a private, refined, and unhurried experience.

Let go without guilt.
Move forward with clarity.
Enter your next chapter with calm confidence.

Declutter Coaching

An Invisible-to-Visible Approach—Designed for Seniors

This is not about pushing through or starting over.
It’s about bringing ease back into your home—and into your body.

For seniors whose spaces feel heavier than they should, Declutter Coaching gently addresses what’s often unseen: emotional weight, decision fatigue, and long-held attachments that make letting go feel difficult. With patience and care, we bring those invisible barriers into the open—so decisions feel clearer, calmer, and regret-free.

The process is slow, supportive, and deeply respectful. We work in short, unhurried sessions, blending thoughtful guidance with hands-on organizing to help belongings move out of your space—and out of your mind.

This is not about perfection or productivity.
It’s about relief, breathing room, and fulfillment.

As items are released, clients often notice something unexpected:
greater calm, lighter thinking, and a home that finally feels aligned with where they are now.

Less in your space.
Less in your head.
More peace in your day.

Simplify Your Home Thoughtfully

A Gentle, Steady Approach

We meet weekly, at a calm, unhurried pace.

Each session begins with a brief grounding check-in, with the option for somatic support such as gentle breathing, Sensate®, or light coaching, followed by simple, guided decluttering for that day.

There is no rushing and no pressure—just steady, respectful support.

This Is a Good Fit If:

  • You want order but feel stuck

  • Guilt or regret makes letting go difficult

  • You want help that feels kind, patient, and private

You don’t have to do this alone.
We take it one gentle step at a time.

“Paula was so gracious, so kind, so encouraging and most importantly for me: non judgmental. I cannot recommend her services enough. She took the time to listen to me, to really hear what my concerns and anxieties were, the how and why i felt overwhelmed. She laid out a customized concrete plan for me and gave me a framework within which i could work, and even though i couldn't employ her full services initially, she took the time to mentor me through a zoom call that was absolutely crucial in order for me to break through. she checks in on me periodically and i felt seen and listened to, which is everything to me..”
